Reverend Robert Wellisch will be deeply missed!

Father Robert Wellisch was tragically killed in a car accident as he was returning from a youth confirmation retreat.

This is our tribute to him:

Father Wellisch has come to us and loves us as children of his own. He was more than a priest to our community. He was our Father, our refuge, our hope and our future.

Father Wellish was a goodhearted man with great honor. He was loving, kind, and considerate. He was a father full of passion and qualities.

He loved all his children equally. For he had never hesitated to attend an event in the community regardless of the day and time, whether it was just a birthday party for kids or other important events such as wedding, graduation, recovery, praying for the sicks or visiting them at the hospital. When something was asked of him, he made that matter a priority instead of his.

There was nothing on this earth that he did not fulfill as Jesus’ disciple. There is no doubt in our mind that Father Wellisch is with God by his right side.

Father Wellisch will be missed, he will be in our thoughts, our hearts and will always be part of our lives. We have lost a great Priest, a great friend, a dear parent.

Thank you Father Robert Wellisch for your love, your passion, and your dedication to our community. You have excelled in every aspect. May the peace of the Lord be with you always! We love you.
