Our Patron Saint St Vincent de Paul is more than a man of seventeenth century France. He too is a man for all seasons. He was a priest, a simple priest who never wished to be anything other than a priest dedicated to the Poor.
St. Vincent’s kind of holiness is especially alive in the Church today. He brought charity out of the cloister into the city streets. His life preached Christianity more alive, a Church in which men truly love one another, a conviction that each man is indeed his brother’s keeper.
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. (John chap 3 vers 16)
This website is dedicated to our beloved Fr. Robert Wellisch for his dedications and love to the Twin Cities Hmong Catholic Community and to the Church of St. Vincent de Paul.
